Colin Koh
Colin Koh is the founder of the Energy from Mind-Body System. He conducts Stress, Pain, and Anger (SPA) management classes using a combination of Tai Chi, Qigong, and Mindfulness Meditation (TQM) for individuals and organizations.
He is the former Singapore National Tai Chi 'Tui Shou' Champion. He has learned the art of Tai Chi from Grand Master Ong Boon Pin of Sin Pin Tai Chi Physical Cultural Society and several Grand Master from China.
Colin Koh has formulated a unique system from the Essence of Tai Chi, Qigong, and Meditation to accelerate the learning and achievement of individuals.
We provide a Unique Corporate training system called the Mindful Leadership Energy program (MILE). It's an integrated training system drawn from the essence of Tai Chi (Taiji), Qigong (Chi Kung), and Meditation (eTQM).
The 'MILE' workshop is simple and engaging. The 'MILE' is not a classroom lesson full of content and no chance to apply the concepts. The participants will be participating in Mind-Body Alignment activities.
Research has shown that applying mindfulness principles can dramatically enhance organizational success. Results include greater efficiency, effectiveness, innovation, and a higher likelihood of survival in a changing world.
Integrated with the mainstream essence from tai chi chuan and qigong as validated and verified by Harvard Medical School and recognized by World Health Organization.
