We teach a combination of Tai Chi, Qigong, and Meditation (TQM).
First, the student will learn Qigong / Meditation to improve his health and harness 'Chi' the Life Force energy.
This will be followed by learning the essence of Tai Chi to improve stability and flexibility.
Finally, the student will learn to enjoy the moving meditation in practicing the Tai Chi form.
Tai Chi is a form of moving meditation.
Qigong is the foundation of the Tai Chi form.

Absolutely! You can learn Qigong/Meditation only to improve your health. In fact, all new students will learn Qigong/Meditation to improve their health and harness 'Chi' the Life Force energy.
