We offer the Unique Three-in-One program on Tai Chi, Qigong and Meditation as a package.
Learning Tai Chi form without the Qigong foundation is incomplete. Students will learn the skills to harness the 'Chi' or the 'Life Force' in our Qigong lessons. This Qigong training will help to improve our health with better blood circulation - from to the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
The Meditation portion is done together with the Qigong training and Tai Chi form.
